Core Energy Dynamics and Energy Transformation

- a coaching tool for women in business

Since I started my Life-Coaching business at the turn of the Century in 2000, the most popular tool has been a diagram known as The Wheel of Life, used to subjectively measure satisfaction levels with the various parts of your life. This fantastic tool has been similarly adapted for business and management, for skills and abilities, and to quantify the minutiae of life.

We have all heard of Time Management, Change Management, Risk Management, Project Management, Anger Management and indeed many other managements, but seldom, if ever, do we closely look at our Personal Energy Management.

Where are you now?

All journeys need a starting point, and before you start any coaching program it is helpful for you to know where you are now. This exercise acts as a point of reference so you can see how far you have traveled at the end of a course, and it’s a real eye-opener.

We only seemingly have a limited amount of energy. It doesn’t matter how young we are, how positive we are or how big our goals. If we do not have the energy moment by moment to support them, we are not going to fulfill our potential or indeed our dreams.

What I would like to introduce to you here is a new way of looking at your life, rather like turning the Wheel of Life inside out. Like any good tool, this Core Dynamics and Energy Management system, has an outcome for showing you where you are now, and what you can do to improve it. Grounded in the convergence of ancient wisdom teaching as well as the basic principles of quantum physics, I’m going to share with you how to partner with the Universal Laws of Energy to create a transformation by engaging your intuition, making choice and opportunity your habitual approach to life, rather than the old repetitive patterns of behaviour. It helps you clarify and reveal your potential, identifying and claiming the gifts you are here to share, stepping fully into your gifts and supporting others to do the same.

So we begin to tap into the greatest potential of ourselves, our families, our communities, our companies, our countries and even the world and have the courage to act on that potential for the greater good of all.
