I always think that life is a bit like a dance, learning to adjust and adapt to the rhythms and relax to the flow of the melody and harmonies. Dancing requires you to engage with other people, to be open, receptive and communicative. If you cannot communicate, then the dance falls apart and as in life so relationships, projects and strategies fail.
“Dance Your Way” is a series of workshops designed for specific outcomes, achieved through a mixture of group coaching, mind technology, and guided movements with specially selected emotive music, which I know you’ll love. The effects will help you achieve fulfilment in different areas of your life, so you become more creative, more expressive, more open and alive – and it’s never about public performance!
“Dance Your Way” aims to reunite you with your energy and life-force working with the healthy and joyful part of yourself, leading to greater self-confidence and self-expression. This is a highly-refined, precise and specific tool based on years of scientific study around the world, for emotional stimulation and expression. And a by-product is that it will make you look and feel much younger, and enhance your vitality too.

During the movement part of the class, there is strictly no talking except by Susie Heath as she demonstrates each exercise, so your thinking brain can have the delicious experience of having a rest – like going on holiday – so all the intellect that you tend to work with most of the time, quietens down.
All groups require a minimum of 10 people and a maximum of 150.

This workshop centres around Feminine Leadership. Being a leader doesn’t mean pushing other people around or having power over others. Leadership comes from within. Leading is all about sensitivity, being able to not only connect with others, but to communicate well, to lead by example, to be the one that others look up to by the potency of your presence.
You can achieve dramatic change in the way you move, stand and walk, the way you share your ideas and communicate your vision to those around you, the way you present yourself to the world. You will experience the feeling in your body of being a leader – knowing how to be a good leader can separate you from the “ordinary” majority and help you achieve prosperity, abundance and balance.
Being a feminine leader requires vision, purpose, creativity, vitality, awareness, timing and the ability to give and receive feedback. And it means giving your partners the space they need to do their own thing. It’s about feeling the other person, connecting with their wants and desires, with the way they communicate and being in allowance. You can’t be a leader by trying to control someone or by commanding. Control washes off; connection lasts. This is about connecting through the dance of your body language.
Feminine leadership also requires flexibility, fluidity, awareness and a willingness to go with the flow and adapt at a moment’s notice. This powerful workshop goes way beyond traditional body language classes, and other leadership training, because you become the dancer of your dance – true embodiment, embodying the vision in the now and being the vision. You can’t step into feminine leadership if you have no basic trust in life, so this workshop and subsequent coaching programmes bring that trust into your awareness.

This class is about being connected to your body and increasing the awareness of who you are and what it will take for you to succeed. It promotes greater self-esteem and confidence, and contributes towards you expressing yourself more courageously. Our attitude towards what we think is possible determines what we do – your mindset creates the possibilities, dreams the dreams, and your body lives them. Your body physically experiences the activity your mind is creating.
The ‘no pain, no gain’ mantra which has become so prevalent in society is in fact a barrier, blocking the complete integration of your mind with your body and blocking out your emotions. Instead, choose the path of least resistance to unlock your innate energy and access your body’s inherent wisdom. What your body wants and craves above all else is movement – not jerky, uncoordinated, spasmodic movement but gentle, flowing, stretching movements with ease and elegance, as well as movement that inspires vitality and creativity. Movement unleashes your body’s energy potential and enhances your understanding of what steps you must take to ensure a youthful and energetic life.
When you can let go of the limitations and mind-sets that hold you back, get out of your head and connect with your body, you will discover so much about yourself that you never knew before. This brings you into the present moment so you can choose what works for your life in the moment through total awareness. Modern humans live totally contrary to our biological set up. You don’t have to understand how the whole field of quantum physics works or the intricacies of your body and mind to obtain the results we have seen happen in previous classes. All things in nature are entropic – in other words have a measure of disorder and a tendency to break down. This workshop works negentropically – in other words with the building blocks of nature to enhance health and well-being.
Throughout history every spiritual tradition has used sound, voice and music to enhance emotional and mental health, balance the body’s energy centres or chakras and heal disease.
This class is an opportunity to make heartfelt connections with yourself and other people, through movement, dance and gentle contact inspired by specially selected music to heal and nurture. It creates a space to FEEL rather than think. It offers a life-affirming experience of vitality, creativity, sensuality and self-expression, putting more fun, pleasure, happiness, spontaneity and love into your life.
There are no steps to learn, just guidance to free your body to make its own movements. You cannot get it wrong. This class is designed to give you an intense and joyful experience of here and now – the present moment – and helps you to heal past traumas, wounds and hurts by working at a cellular level to imprint new memories, to get out of judgement of yourself and let your life shine.
All classes are self-regulatory which means you decide how fast or how slow you wish to move. This is about connecting with your body and listening to its needs in every moment so you release all the healing chemicals to help it rejuvenate and rebuild itself.
